Scott Craig (a.k.a. ScottyRokk) hails from South Weymouth, Massachusetts. After a long life of international travel he landed in a little town known as Naugatuck, Connecticut where he remains today. Scott’s educational landscape include Hall High in West Hartford and the University of Connecticut. As a means to subsidize his passion for music Scott owns a furniture franchise store where he spends most of his daydreaming about being a rock star. Before finding his true home with ZOOM, and in an effort to walk in the footsteps of his favorite band Journey, Scott toyed with a two other local 80’s bands The Underhill's and The Breakfast Club. When asked in a recent interview “what is the craziest thing you’ve ever done”, he looked, smiled and quietly said, “next question.” Even after achieving super-rock-stardom he still stays true to his roots and claims to still have a love for the simple things in life such as Coors Light and Yeaga (yes, his touring in Massachusetts has rubbed off on him). When not on the road and rockin’ the world he enjoys traveling, watching suspense movies, eating Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream and watching his favorite show Lost. While he not a hater, he has no patience for hypocrites, phoniness, ignorance and vegetables. You can catch Scott on ZOOM’s Summer 2009 Tour at a city near you!!
