Alan Dembiczak (a.k.a Al) hails from the left armpit of Connecticut, better know as the City of Meriden. After traveling the country during his college years in search of “something more”, his travels brought him right back to the northeast and he landed in Glastonbury, CT where he remains today. Alan’s loooooong educational history includes Naugatuck Valley Community Technical College, the University of New Haven and Roger Williams University School of law. With all of his extensive pre- and post-graduate schooling he should be a doctor... but he’s not. Alan lives a double life: Attorney by day and Rockstar by night. Well, at least we let him think that. Before teaming up with Scott Craig to form ZOOM, Alan toured with the critically acclaimed 90’s band Tall Dog. When asked what’s the craziest things he’s ever did, he simply replied, “the list is just too damn long, man.” Irrespective of all of his success, money, fame and power, he still has taste for the simple things in life, namely Johnny Walker Red on the rocks. When not pounding the pavement with the boyz, he enjoys time on the jet ski, listening to hard core music, a good book, watching Netflix movies and making fun of people who simply don’t have a clue. As for things he hates, he simply states, “ignorance, apathy, naive people and assholes who drive slow in the fast lane.” You can catch Alan on ZOOM’s Summer 2009 Tour at a city near you!!
